Delivery: All products are digital. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment via your user dashboard. No physical goods will be shipped.

  1. Payments & Memberships
    Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions: If you subscribe to a membership plan, your payment method will be charged according to the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly/yearly). You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

  1. Refund & Cancellation Policy
    Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content (e-comics and audiobooks), all sales are final. Once access is granted or a file is downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to have access to the “Vault” until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused days.

Technical Issues: If you experience a genuine technical failure that prevents access, please contact us within 48 hours for a resolution.

    Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Prohibited Actions: You agree not to attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass the “paywall” mechanisms of the site. Any such attempt will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
