Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Fusion WebComics. Please read this policy carefully as it explains your rights regarding your purchases.

  1. No Refund for Digital Products
    Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of e-comics, digital art, and audiobooks are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and the access link is provided or the content is streamed/downloaded, no refunds or credits will be issued.
  2. Membership Subscriptions
    Cancellation: You may cancel your “Vault” membership at any time through your account settings.

Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium content until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your access will be downgraded to the “Free” tier.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    We only consider refund requests under the following conditions:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice within 24 hours.

Technical Failure: If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the content and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days of being notified.
